Swine Baron makes Sausages
The Swine Baron sent in these photo's of him and Man Friday making Pork Sausages the other night.
He was kind enough to drop off a couple for me to sample. I have to say the flavours were great but agreed with him that there needed to be a little more fat to bind the sausage meat together a little better.
