This statue is proudly placed in the foyer to the hotel The Cincinnation Hotel in Cincinnati.
I'm not sure how long Don Pigiavanni has been there, or how long he'll be staying. So if you're in the area you'd better head on down and check him out!

J&D's are up to something

The makers of BaconSalt, BaconLube and many other great products are up to something...I just don't know what.
They claim to have a new product which is going to be bigger than Fire, the Wheel, Free online porn, beer and the phone, combined! That's pretty big!
And I'm sure it's legit - see the boardroom table in the background - that's theirs.

The Bacon Piñata

I was having a bit of a Google around and came across this site where these dudes actually tried to make a Bacon Piñata. I didn't work out quite as they hoped, but it is a great effort. Puts my regular Xmas Piñata to shame.

That is a great effort! It was a hell of a thing...until they tried to cook it...The put it on the braai (BBQ), looks like a Weber in fact - can't go wrong with those...or can you?

It seems after trying to cook it for a few minutes the Bacon fat ignited and the rest is well...See it on their site.

Can't really go wrong with this. A Beer, Bacon and Cheddar seasoning blend. I can imagine this on a lot of things! I don't know how they got all those things in that little jar..but I bet it is great!

Firstly - congratulations to The Jooste (Junior Rooster) on getting married this week! All the best for the future.
He managed to find time in between consummating the marriage to send in this great looking iPad App!
I have to admit it does look pretty good...almost makes me think about using someone else's iPad to take a look at it!

Effervescent Bacon Drink Tablets

One of my wife's friends is living in the US. She's been there for about a year. When she first arrived she sent back some stuff to her mother, including these Effervescent Bacon Drink Tablets. She just got back for a holiday, bearing in mind she left a year ago. I finally got the tablets now! But at least I got them. So they may be a little past their sell by date, but what can go wrong? They're Bacon pills!
I first mentioned them here when she took a photo to let me know what she was sending back.
