I was watching DSTV the other night and saw the show - Jamie Oliver Saves Our Bacon. I thought it was a pretty good program showing the life of a pig from start to finish. From birth to death - all on the show.
Anyway, he cooked a fantastic pork shoulder and I wanted to see if he had a site for that show to see if I could find the recipe.

And this led me to the recipe finder - a fantastic bit of web engineering!

From there click on the part of the pig you have and it lists some great recipes!
