Yes. That is the description! It goes for R12.99 and is perfect for adding to soups and salads...sounds good to me!
Although on further inspection it contains now Bacon! All sorts of other things in there, including Caramel, but no Bacon - what's that about?

Coffee and Bacon Infused Vodka

Over on Wired  Ken Denmead is creating his own Coffee and Bacon infused Vodka.
He's written up the whole process and it certainly doesn't sound too complicated - he's not distilling his own vodka - just infusing coffee and Bacon to a store bought bottle of vodka.
And by his accounts it came out pretty well.

He then goes on to make a Breakfastini - 2 parts coffee/bacon vodka, 1 part sweet vermouth, shaken with crushed ice and strained into a martini glass, and served with a stick of Bacon!

A couple in the UK are surprised that their "Micro" Pig, which started off fitting in a tea cup is now weighing in at 158kg! That is huge! And would make some great Bacon!

PIG AND WHISKEY 2012

Spotted this on The Daily Bacon - The Pig and Whiskey 2012 - looks to be taking place from the 13 July to the 15 July 2012.
From the Metro Times in Detroit it looks like its happening in Ferndale. So if you read this and happen to be in the area and check it out let us know what its all about! We don't get big fancy fairs like that here - especially ones that are all about Pig and Whiskey!

So from the article : "a full weekend of BBQ, whiskey sampling and outdoor entertainment!"
Live music, a Cocktail Corner with some of the finest Whiskey's, a General Store featuring BBQ related goods, and games like washer toss and four-square ball.
There will also be more than 10 BBQ restaurants on-site as well as over 20 whiskey's to sample, and a beer tent!

This event looks fantastic! This should be done everywhere! I'd love to go to something like this!

Homemade Sausages

Cheese arrived at Friday afternoon's ride with a small cooler box looking like he was transporting a human heart in desperate need of a body. But it was better than that. It was some homemade Pork sausages in desperate need of a belly! And into mine they went!
Saturday morning breakfast fry up.

I can't quite recall what Cheese said went into them but I could taste the flavours! Fantastic! And the texture was great - loads of real Pork meat, along with real chunks of onions. These were the best he's made so far!

EpicMealTime have just posted a picture on their Twitter from same place called Harvard & Stone. Looks like its some sort of cocktail bar with cocktails with names like "Panty Raiders of the Lost Arc" and "Baby's first Bourbon".
Anyway...they posted a picture highlighting the Epic Brunch Time which includes a shot of Gentleman Jack, candied Bacon and a can of beer! Perfect breakfast me thinks!
