Coffee and Bacon Infused Vodka

Over on Wired  Ken Denmead is creating his own Coffee and Bacon infused Vodka.
He's written up the whole process and it certainly doesn't sound too complicated - he's not distilling his own vodka - just infusing coffee and Bacon to a store bought bottle of vodka.
And by his accounts it came out pretty well.

He then goes on to make a Breakfastini - 2 parts coffee/bacon vodka, 1 part sweet vermouth, shaken with crushed ice and strained into a martini glass, and served with a stick of Bacon!
