Vark Klub - Pig in a Pizza Oven

Thanks to Spoem for an awesome evening at his spot where he put on a fantastic dinner of rolled Pork in the pizza oven! Unfortunately I arrived a little so didn't get the full build up to the taking out of the oven, but from what I saw, I have to say it was looking fantastic!
And the taste was simple marvelous!

So thanks again Spoem - a simply glorious evening with great wine, good food and amazing Pork!
